In 2026, a newly appointed School Board commenced a three-year term, bringing with them a shared commitment to strengthening Parkerville Primary School and its connection to the wider community.
Our Board plays an important governance role within the school. Working alongside the Principal and leadership team, the Board provides strategic input, supports key decision-making processes, and ensures that our school direction reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.
Building Strong Community Connections
The Board is committed to strengthening relationships between the school, families, and the broader Parkerville community. We value open communication, collaboration, and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement.
Casting a Parent Lens Over School Operations
As representatives of our school community, Board members thoughtfully consider policies, planning, and school initiatives through a parent perspective. This ensures decisions remain grounded in what is best for our students and families.
Advocating for Parkerville Primary School
The Board proudly acts as ambassadors for our school — celebrating achievements, supporting improvement initiatives, and advocating for the ongoing growth and success of Parkerville Primary.
Together, we are committed to maintaining a culture of high expectations, strong partnerships, and positive outcomes for every student at Parkerville Primary School.

Mrs Lauren Greay

Lauren serves as Chair of the School Board at Parkerville Primary School and is committed to supporting strong governance, positive educational outcomes, and a connected school community.
She brings over 16 years of professional experience with Rio Tinto, where a strong foundation has continued to develop in leadership, governance, risk awareness, and stakeholder engagement within complex organisational environments. This experience informs a thoughtful, accountable, and strategic approach to Board leadership, ensuring decisions are made in the best interests of students and the school community.
In addition to a professional background, Lauren is actively involved in the local community and currently serves as President of the Parky Roos Basketball Club. In this role, Lauren led a comprehensive rebuild of the club, strengthening governance, improving operational processes, and rebuilding community engagement. This experience reinforces the importance of collaboration, transparency, and inclusive leadership in volunteer‑led organisations.
Lauren is also a mum to Bryce and Chloe and wife to Lee, and values the strong connection between family, school, and community.

Mrs Ellice Gribben
I’m really excited to be joining the Parkerville Primary School Board and to be part of such a wonderful school community.
Before becoming a mum, I spent many years working in the corporate world, managing large projects, leading teams, and working toward meaningful goals. Throughout that time, what mattered most to me was people — supporting wellbeing, balance, and creating environments where individuals felt valued and could genuinely thrive.
Now in this season of life with a young family, my focus has naturally shifted closer to home. Being involved in our local community is something I truly value, and I’m proud to be both a School Board and P&C member, working alongside others who care deeply about our children and their education.
Most importantly, I’m a very proud wife to Andrew and mum to Jimmy and Fergus. My family is at the centre of everything I do, and they’re the reason I’m so passionate about helping create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive school environment for all families.
I’m really looking forward to getting to know more of the community and contributing wherever I can in the years ahead.

Mrs Amylene Dell
Amylene is a proud member of the Parkerville Primary School Board and has been part of the school community since 2017. She brings over 15 years of experience in finance with Bankwest, along with a degree in Mass Communications and six years of experience working across media, radio and television.
As a parent of three children who have and are progressing successfully through the school — currently with one child in Year 12 (EHSHS) and her youngest in Year 2 — Amylene is passionate about supporting student growth and wellbeing. She enjoys helping at school/community events, contributing baked goods for fundraising, and stepping in wherever support is needed.
Now in her fourth year on the School Board, Amy values the opportunity to contribute to the continued development, learning and success of the Parkerville Primary School community.

Ms Debbie Taylor
Debbie is proud to be serving her second term on the Parkerville Primary School Board, bringing continuity, commitment and a strong interest in contributing to a supportive and engaging school environment.
She brings more than 20 years’ experience in strategic planning, organisational performance, business planning, budget processes and governance across the WA public sector, university sector and banking sector. Debbie enjoys applying her skills to the school context and is particularly interested in how thoughtful planning, clear communication and collaborative problem‑solving can help the school operate effectively and confidently into the future.
Debbie was born in the Netherlands and, after a period of travelling, immigrated to Perth in 2003. She has been part of the Hills community ever since. As mum to Miah and Bryn, who both attend Parkerville Primary School, she feels privileged to contribute to a community that plays such an important role in children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Debbie looks forward to working with students, staff and families to support Parkerville Primary’s continued growth and success.

Mrs Nicole Denmead

Being involved in the school community is important to Nicole, and she is committed to contributing to thoughtful decision-making that supports the best outcomes for all students.
